“Sing His Praises and Dance”

I love it when I walk into church after Sunday school, and we start singing. I love giving praises unto the Lord. It makes me feel so alive. Like in this next verse.

Psalm 149 (NLT)
Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song. Sing his praises in the assembly of the faithful.

So we are the assembly of faithful people, gathering every Sunday to sing praises to our Lord that we love so much, cause he love us first, and the joy he has brought us.

Jeremiah 31:13 (NIV)
13 Then young women will dance and be glad,
young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow.

See even in sorrow we can dance, cause God comforts us in joy. God does everything for us, if given a chance. Like it says… turns mourning into gladness.

What other god can do that?

Psalm 30:11-12 (NIV)
11 You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy, 12 that my heart may sing your praises and not be silent. Lord my God, I will praise you forever.

Let God clothed you in joy, so you can sing his praises and shout to the world, this is my God and He can be yours too. Just give Him a chance.

Ephesians 5:19 (NIV)
19 speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord,

Psalm 100:1-2 (NIV)
A psalm. For giving grateful praise.
1 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. 2 Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.

One thing these verses have in common, they all basically say, sing, dance, and make joy noise unto the Lord. AMEN
